Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable unless defective:
- Body Lotion
- Body Wash
- Aqua Gloves
- Floatation Collars & Vests
- Floats/Swim Aids
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Exchanges: For size exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return. Additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including competition swimwear, tech suits, or training equipment):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for quality control purposes
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD
